Approximately five years ago BALCAP launched a major initiative to “top grade” its talent and grow out select sectors. Resultantly we held a “shootout” evaluating 6 search firms to undertake this major initiative. We selected Scott Tonsoni and worked with him and his firm exclusively for the next several years.
